Our thoughts and feelings are pure creativity. What a startling and affirming idea! For me it coincides with the idea that we are enough, that our uniqueness is enough. It definitely works with being a human BEING as opposed to a human DOING. Wow. This resonates with me especially because I have recently resigned from a job that was beating down my nervous system and sapping me of all energy for other parts of my life, including the people I love the most. As I rest and job hunt I have had many twinges of "do more, try harder, you are loafing", but this concept makes me feel better about just being me and trying to figure out my next steps.
Jeff I just want to thank you for all your wonderful unique meditations on 10%. You are my favourite, I find your insights and contemplations really resonate with me. And as a fellow Canadian (eh) I love that I know where some of your references are. I’m not sure if you’re still contributing, the app seems to have stalemated on new meditations, but I’m grateful to be able to meditate with you here. My greatest hope is to attend a mediation party with you, Dan and Sebene one day when I have the ability to do so. Keep on keeping on.
