Thank you. Lots of things in my head right now, and this made me cry, so, just be here, with this transitory emotion. It’s ok right now. My husband playing piano downstairs, breath in and out, smell of incense.
I practiced this meditation while our newly adopted rescue dog waited quietly. I sent him feeling of friendliness and wellbeing while renouncing worry about his whereabouts for the 10 minutes I took for myself. Thank you! I love your meditation style. As a Yoga and Yoga Nidra teacher, I find that your themes and teachings make their way into my heart, into my classes, into my life. Much gratitude for you, Jeff!
Really loved that. It moved me- I don’t really know why and I feel emotional now. The good kind of emotional.
I love the way you teach. It’s so open and fresh and relatable. You taught me to try out new things. Just give it a try, it’s okay if you don’t like it. Thank you Jeff. I’m very grateful.
I love the idea of my mind being a garden I can plant, tend, weed and reap what I sow...Using meditation as a form of self-regulation is proving to be more beneficial than I imagined. Thank you.
I took the invitation to listen while doing chores. I folded my clean clothes (instead of avoiding the task all day) and my hands were my focus. When my mind wandered, I said, “hands, hands, hands” and then came back to my body, folding, and caring for the things I like to put on my body. So soft and clean smelling! Such a nice way to connect with myself!
Hi Jeff, thanks a lot for this practice. I love it when you giggle or laugh a bit to things in the beginning of your meditations, not all of them but in some you do. It takes the edge out, and makes the meditation more easy going to start with in my opinion
Another meditation I will revisit….I love your occasional little chuckles…they make me smile and that’s good for the body mind 😊 Much gratitude to you Jeff for your unique style.
Just the idea of grasping these knobs on the mind to work on reshaping it is so freakin cool. Lol, sorry, that’s the engineer in me, but it fires me up. Plus, being able to participate together in the actions of, the practice of it, fills me with such joy. Appreciate being here, right now, in this moment, with you all today, just feeling some good human nature.
Love that! I also have an engineering brain about this stuff - my Dad was an engineer. I often think about it exactly like that - dialling up the knobs. Each seed leads to a core skill that we can both increase overall as a baseline, and dial up in the moment:
"Seeding the mind with healthy habits" - one of the most simple concepts, yet most challenging things to do. It's worthy work. THANK YOU as always, Jeff for your guidance.

So glad they are helpful - and welcome puppy to your new home! Cannot wait to have a dog around here - as soon as we have more space ...

I like how realistic it is!

Equanimity (seed of acceptance)
Care (seed of appreciation)
Clarity (seed of renunciation)
Concentration (seed of being present)
Of course they all mix together too.

Oh, high-five then! Speaking of seeds, what does an engineer call miracle time? Nights and weekends. 😂
grateful for this meditation-may reuse it again later this week ♻️🧘🏻♀️
Thank you. Another meditation I will return to frequently. Love the idea of planting fresh seeds in my mental landscape. 🙏
Thank you from the bottom of my heart Jeff. You and your meditations have changed my life.
Sending love to you and all beings. 💗🙏
Lovely simple meditation. Thanks.
Another amazing meditation that can be used over and over again ❤️
