Home Base Hangout & Neurodiversity Retreat is a Go!
Next Zoom Hangout is Thursday, February 26 at 12:15pm ET
The next Home Base Hangout with Jeff and our community regulars will be on Thursday, Feb 26 at 12:15pm ET, over Zoom. The first half is a guided meditation; the second is an opportunity to ask questions about your practice, its latest challenges and insights, absences and opportunities. It’s a place to be honest and real, to see each other’s faces and learn from each other’s experiences. Expect the occasional epiphany, a few belly laughs, and the normalization of not much happening.
Click on the button at the end of the post to register. If you’re not a paid subscriber, you can start a free trial below. These sessions are recorded and archived on Home Base for paid subscribers. Hope to see you there.

Meditate, Relate and Creatively Self-Regulate: A Retreat for Neurodivergent Humans
July 16-19, 2026
Art of Living North Carolina
This retreat is about not being the only weirdo in the room. Everyone here will be the weirdo in the room! -Including your two teachers, Jeff Warren and Ofosu Jones-Quartey (Born I). What unifies us is the sense that our brains are wired differently, and those differences have brought both real challenges and real creative opportunities.
I’m excited to report that we are finally ready to accept applicants! This week is our soft launch. I’ll write more next week.
Beneath the Waves: An Immersive Evening of Meditation
February 26, 2026
Vancouver Aquarium, Vancouver, British Columbia
Come meditate with the fishies!
Join me at this one-of-a-kind fundraiser for Hollyhock at the Vancouver Aquarium. Expect an evening of guided meditation in the spooky depths of the aquarium after dark, alongside psychedelic jellyfish, patrolling sharks, and curious otters. Proceeds go to support Hollyhock’s scholarship fund, and to increase accessibility to all programs. If you’re in the area, come say hi!
