This meditation notification popped up on my phone right when I was in the middle of a strong nervous system meltdown/burst of spontaneous tears which led me to believe that it was a nudge from the universe that it’s ok to care about me, and that there are no rules about feelings and emotions. My heart and my well being deserves this kind of care. Thank you for being the conduit for this nudge.
And thank you too for the care you so kindly gave me a couple weekends ago on the stage at Omega too, your hand on your heart and the kindness in your eyes as you heard my story/question. So grateful for you Jeff. ❤️🙏
Jeff, your guidance in this meditation offered a gentle and much needed caress…. which left me in tears. As I sat with my hands held softly against my heart, I felt the anguish of witnessing all the cruelty of these times. And then I felt the comfort of my hands touching my heart.
After a busy week and a rough day, I was headed back to Cortes Island via the Photosynthesizing Hairdo meditation (which is amazing if you haven’t heard it) and was greeted by this Friday meditation drop.
I like the idea of a Friday meditation because the week often saps us of a lot of our resources, and a Friday reset can be a great value.
This meditation is a great reminder to care for yourself and care for others, maybe even give yourself a break every once in a while. A great reminder that we tend to be in a constant state of forward, leaning forward and rushing, and that slowing down and just being a body can be powerful medicine.
It was also another example of the meditation I’m listening to being exactly what I needed exactly when I needed it. Funny how that tends to work out. My theory is we need all of it all the time so it’s always on time and on point.
My nervous system has been royally effed since the summer. Somehow I have found a badass therapist who specializes in nervous system healing and a myriad of somatic healing modalities (along with homeopathic remedies from naturopathic doctors). So glad Scott’s healing hands can give you and your family beautiful peace. Blessings.

My cat came over and sat right in my lap during this meditation.

Thank you , my friend.
Perfect timing. Thank you for settling me down whilst being rather humphy at the end of my day. I’m not humphy now 🩵
