One of my favorite DNPs Jeff. Your emotion, your revelations about freedom of choice, the wonderful boathouse with so much family history, and then that incredible sunset reminding us that Spirit is omnipresent. Rewatched the meditation last night and got to see the sunset portion in the middle. The timing so very special. Thank you! Glad it is in the archives!🙏😇
I could not agree more. To date I have rewatched, listened and mindfully practiced the meditating process along with Jeff and his special community three times. ;) Returning to posts that really resonated the first time reminds me why my mindful meditation has become such a central part of my life right now.
I was looking through without my glasses on and thought the title was Meditation: Save Me Some Fries… I see now (with my glasses are on) that I was wrong and have to say, I’m a little disappointed.
It’s no surprise that the range of Jeff’s authentic emotions, depth of his heart, thought-provoking questions, lands with all of us. Every. Single. Time. Deeply grateful for Jeff as a fellow imperfect human being. @Jeff Warren
