Imagine the world exactly like it is right now, everything the same, the only difference is every 100 meters or so there’s a column of light coming down from the sky. As soon as you walk into that column of light, you sit down and don’t do anything. You’re awake, present, but now you have no agenda. You just exist, and let the whole phonetic get shit done system power down. Five minutes, 10 minutes, maybe 20 minutes. Whatever feels right on that day. Then you come back out and resume your day, a little more grounded, a little more sane. A little more perspective. A little less all up in your own business.
Thats my metaphor for a better world. Simply the understanding woven into the culture that to be at our best, we also need to slow down. A column of light in every classroom and workplace and hospital.
Another way of saying it his is: let’s not do anything right now!
