Thanks Jeff! The coolest thing happened - where I was sitting the sun was just coming up through the trees so on my eyelids I’d see the “jewels”. Everyone have a good start to the week. 🌅
Thank you Jeff, super interesting to read through your acknowledgements too, I always find deeper appreciation and interest in knowing who/what inspires people who inspire me, be that authors, artists & musicians or mediation teachers 😊. I guess that's just the joy of finding more squares of Indra's net.
This has to be one of the most fulfilling and, at the same time, generous meditations through which I have been guided. Thank you @Jeff. I got lovingly lost in the web of known and unknown connections. I don't want to fall into the trap of craving this feeling again. But I wish it on all. And if I reencounter it, #wow!. Thank you
That was deep .. the feeling of connectedness of past relationships and relatives linking in with gratitude of now felt very profound and moving as a long time meditator really loved this Thanks Big J 🙏🏼💙
Thank you, Jeff! I hadn’t heard of Indra’s net before - it’s a beautiful image. I had two thoughts about this one:
(1) that the heavily memed quote from Kamala Harris’ mother, “you think you fell out of a coconut tree?!” is not only charming but infinitely wise.
And (2) sheeeewww 😮💨 it’s also difficult not to feel immense sadness thinking about a land’s original inhabitants. Gratitude is lovely but can feel a bit light when sitting with the knowledge of history.
Thanks for creating a beautiful meditation, nonetheless 🤗
Thanks Jeff, yet I really had trouble with the ancestry part, have a bit to work through now with the frustration, anger and even hate that was suddenly there. Not really a surprise, but still.

I just texted your meditation to my Gratitude Sisters. We try & connect regularly… now I know we are closely woven into Indra’s Net!
