Awesome meditation Toby! I’m sitting here after my meditation retreat, with my little guy Eden, and yours is officially the first meditation he’s ever fully sat through. He did some big huffing breaths, and then spent the rest of the time trying to force his father‘s expanding inhale back into his belly. Good luck with that!
Love you, buddy, thanks for covering for me while I was gone
Thank you for this great meditation. A new way to breathe out calmed me to start my day.i also read the article, which was very g ood. The only critique I have is the use of the word trump. I understand the meaning, but that word raises my BP in a bad way. Thank you again.
Thank you, Toby and Jeff. I have been working with slowing the out breath for a while, and this meditation gave me a better sense of how to go about it. When I started meditating this morning, I was experiencing significant and intrusive shoulder pain, but as I moved my attention to my breath, the pain gradually subsided. I appreciate the clarity of Toby’s guidance.
Hi Guys Huge thanks and Toby I have just graduated Level 2 on Brightmind .. so enjoyable and Jeff well feel I’ve known you for years so ha ha less said the better 😉 love to all the team ❤️🙏🏼x
I think this meditation is brilliant structured and straightforward wonderfully simple it cuts straight to the point . I love the car gear analogy it really worked for me today !
Thank you for this Toby. It really did slow everything down for me, and lead me to a much calmer and more grounded feeling place. I liked that you left a fair bit of space in the meditation too. The silences made it easier to get absorbed in the exercise.

Thank you Toby! I really enjoyed the silence after the bell. More talking wasn’t necessary and helped with maintaining my mellow.
