Thank you Jeff. This was a welcome reminder of the importance of stepping out of my own way. Instead of noticing the experience, being the experience. Being the changing colors behind closed eyes. Being the belly expanding with the inhale. A focus on the physical, rather than the thinking. ❤️
thank you for all you do for us. My meditation practice would not exist in its current form without your guidance over the years. ADHD and anxiety often create such a challenging environment for concentration and you have led me through the fire time and time again! Just when I think I can't get out of my own way and get forever stuck in my head, you arrive like a peaceful Knight. I am forever grateful.
Jeff, thank you for the guidance as to a rhythm. I've been meditating daily for seven years and have attended an annual retreat (varying in place and type) for five. I've struggled to find a community gathering, partially due to a challenge with the time zone in Alaska and partially challenged by Zoom overload. I have yet to find a teacher to work with and am not sure how to go about that process. I really appreciate the rhythm you've outlined and wonder if you have any suggestions for moving forward.
This was wonderful Jeff! Thank you for your gentle reminders and tips throughout the 25 minutes. I always appreciate them! Have a great week. See you tomorrow on Dan Harris Substack!
Thank you, Jeff, for simply doing what you do. You keep my meditation practice going and for that I am grateful.
I share your feelings!

Excited for the changes, and for greater opportunities for reciprocity 💓💕💓💕💓💕
