A therapist friend of Jeff's shared her favourite reframe she does with clients. Instead 6 out of 10, why not .. 6 out of 6? Or 9 out of 9? Or 2 out of 2? We are always only where we are at. Even our lows are complete. Everything else is useless comparison. In this DNP, we practice being the exact numerical value in which we already are!
