That illustration -- the woman has only one leg, and the hammock is suspended magically in mid-air. Just saying! (No objection to AI art)

Maybe she's been meditating and achieved those things with esoteric yogic powers. (By the way, I love Jeff's meditations!)

After this meditation, I sat on my chair and stayed put for a while. Then, a question came to mind. How humble can I be? I started to drift away from the drama. I was moving towards a deeper place. I started to discover a space where I could just be. 🌍

Thank you Jeff. This is very effective as a short break...eg Shinzen's micro hit extended .

Hi Jeff! This meditation was exactly what I needed today. I've been feeling sorry about myself for last two days but now I feel okay. Thank you 🙏

Great meditation - and made me break out laughing. I wish more guided meditations did that. You have new fan.

We have workmen in the house doing a bit of carpentry. I thought I would fail at this because of the noise but somehow I escaped the hubbub in my 5-10 minutes. Amazing. Thanks!

Hi! Big fan but I’m in an industry currently losing jobs to AI art and it is hugely disappointed to see AI art in every newsletter of yours and your logo. I’m sorry but this is unfortunately a line I have to draw. I’m unsubscribing, I hope you do better.

Hi Heather - Sorry to see you go and I also totally understand. The AI thing is far from ideal, to say nothing of the bizarre physics-defying specifics of the image that I am only now noticing (thanks to Jane, below!) As someone from inside the industry, maybe we can connect over email, would love to find possible solutions. Jeff and Lilli

I did the meditation first and then read the article. I loved how they both play off each other and interact, it becomes even more meaningful. I actually joined on here because as a neurodivergent woman, I haven’t been able to relate to other guided meditations over the years. The simple straightforward language and lack of mindfulness jargon here (“mindfulness” being one of them!) is invaluable for allowing me to truly access these ideas and do something I now love. And the best part? The random giggle that seems to come out of nowhere! It was a bit jarring but really brought your point home in the piece. Brilliant.
