I was one brick in the road being supported by all the other bricks behind, beside and in front of me. We all want the same thing. To be connected. To Be Love. So yeah, I did just see the new Wicked movie and yeah, the yellow brick road is alive in my mind! Pleasure being on the path with y’all.
You are awesome! Thank you for this 25 minutes of meditation. Substack is a little confusing, but we are figuring it out together. I very much appreciate the conversation, tips, and ideas. I like to settle in at my little meditation table that has my favorite crystals, shells, and sand from beach trips. My Buddha statute along with Lord Ganesha. I always hope Ganeshia will remove obstacles to a peaceful meditation, but I find myself very restless. Having a home base definitely helps as does all your suggestions. This was great and everything you shared made complete sense. I love the ladder to nowhere!
I keep relapsing with alcohol and today I was beating myself up again full of fear & anxiety (I only drank 3 glasses of wine😵💫) so It is so wonderful to hear this. You have such a calming affect on my mind! Thank you- I really appreciate your meditations!

Last one homie #neurodivergencebaby! You mentioned settling. Like the snow globe. Why can’t you bring that practise off the cushion man? Helps reign in your reactivity dude. You’re still going to have a reaction, you’re only human, (“Being human takes practise.”,…#jeffwarren. [see what I did there & how it circumvented back]).
But the difference is maintaining & controlling those surges. You’re gonna yell at your kid? You have to do that while maintaining the settled internal snowglobe jeff. You may speak loudly. But you cannot let that oil & vinegar to mix man! Same with moving. You can totally be non-stationary & still maintain that settled sediment feeling eh. You’re moving obviously, but not jagged nor rickety. If one is good, they can even hop on one foot without the internal fluids mixing. Creating this from your initial theory has been useful.
I’ll state, it does take practise & focus to boot, but I apply your #snowglobe theory to everything!
I’ll continue to comment as I have been. Consciously & sparsely. Crappy not live now. Cool at my fingertips for me, on my time the way I want to watch it in whatever way I can selflessly want. That’s when I shine eh! I get many of my brilliant ideas from the community you’ve cultivated #jeffwarren “community is the teacher”🙏
Substack will get better eventually. Again For Me there was nothing by lie the real thing. I’m only human, hard to change habits. Then again there’s a lot of possibilities on the new channel.
