The next Home Base Hangout with Jeff and community will be Thursday, July 30 at 12:15pm ET, over Zoom. Come if you’ve never been! It’s pretty sweet, and good to see everyone’s faces. Many new friendships have emerged here over the years. First half is a guided meditation; the second half is an opportunity to share about your own practice – its latest challenges, insights, and opportunities. Expect low-key conviviality, the occasional epiphany, and the normalization of … not much happening. (That’s what it often means to have a steady life-long practice!)

I wish I could go to this online retreat – I’m away teaching in NY – so I’m sharing it with you so you can go! Julianna is a great friend of mine. Shinzen is the planetary teacher who has most influenced me. Together over five days they will be guiding nondual “direct path” style practices, and discussing / sharing their own lived experience of the profound reorientation said to lie at the heart of spiritual practice. Super curious how this will go.
