On Thursday, November 21, we will host our Home Base Hangout, a virtual gathering for paid subscribers. It will take place at 12pm ET, for maximum time zone flexibility.
Home Base Hangout is a chance to connect with Jeff and with fellow subscribers. We kick things off with a guided meditation, then go into open discussion, with ridiculousness and possible weeping. Ask anything and everything related to your meditation practice, your mindfulness challenges, your strange neurodiverse brains or your random cosmic yearnings.

Three days in Bahamas … Over the course of these workshops and satsangs, we will explore the basic skills of meditation, how they converge in the moment to shift to our state, and how they build overtime to change habits of mind and heart, and ultimately transform our relationship to life itself. At least, that’s the ideal! Exploring the gap between our ideals and what’s actually happening is something else meditation excels at. You could say meditation is the art of connecting both to our humanity, and to that which is beyond our humanity. To humanity and beyond!

Hi all. I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed this week’s hangout. It was tough for me to settle due to environment I was in, but it was soooooo nice to just know that I sharing each of those moments with that group at that time in that way…just really cool. It was really valuable to me and I enjoyed listening to everybody sharing their experiences and best practices with each other. I walked away feeling part of something bigger than myself. And that’s really the point, isn’t it. thanks again. ✌🏼
