Home Base Hangout & Lilli celebration!

Hey friends - Thursday, September 25 is our next Home Base Hangout, a virtual gathering for paid subscribers at 9am PT / 12pm ET.
Home Base Hangout is a chance to meditate and connect with myself and fellow subscribers, and – if you like - ask questions about your meditation practice. We always begin with a 20 - 25 minute guided practice, and then go from there.
This hangout is a special one: a celebration of my good friend Lilli Weisz, who is moving on from her job as my Substack editor-in-chief, and thus her larger role as my executive-processor. Which means I will now be subject to every half-baked limbic impulse shooting into my brain – sorry about that.
For her part, Lilli is looking for actual full-time work (more on that below). I can say that working with Lilli is like winning the inter-personal lottery. Since 2018 she’s been an indispensable part of my work and personal life, editing many years worth of Daily Trip meditations over at Calm, helping me with ideas, and organization, and general life perspective. She’s a fine writer and thinker and wise in the ways of parenting and mental health and meditation and much more besides.
