Thank you Jeff. Been enjoying your great work on YouTube, calm, and now Substack. I was so in a zone of belly breathing allowing my navel to lift my dog lying on my lap. Then noticed suddenly I was looking at my phone and then ‘wait what happened? I’m meditating realized the meditation was still playing and relieved to remember my to do is to do nothing. Beautiful.
