Always so grateful when I get a chance to join in on the DNP Sunday night's meditation. But did I hear Jeff say he's no longer working with Calm? For quite a long time now the very first thing I do when I wake up is head to Calm for Jeff's Daily Trip 10 minute meditations. Such a great way to start my day...curious to know what the future plans will be! My mornings need a new plan! :)
