Thank you Jeff! Happy Fathers Day! I have been a single mom so I celebrate too! I have been listening to Meditation for Fidgety Skeptics (I LOVE IT) & next I will also listen to The Head Trip. I have been following you since the Calm app way back during the begining of covid. I am still a BIG fan of yours!!! I've been through a lot a painful stuff in my life and meditation helps me so much (when I do it consistently) I know I've said it before but I am so glad I found you, your style of teaching is so good for me :)
